In 2020, community programs across the Rappahannock Rapidan Region joined together with the Regional Planning Commission into an innovative mobility model called the Regional Transportation Collaborative (RTC).

RTC works with partners to source funding, create and coordinate mobility options, and track data on transportation services for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
